I discovered that a secret written on note paper had been tucked into the book. The secret said: I just read this with the woman I love. I hope she doesn't get away. The December PostSecret/HopeLine fundraiser has raised Thanks for your support and for helping those who may be struggling this time of year.  I received the following message from Reese Butler, Founder of HopeLine, this morning. . . Frank - This was unbelievable. What a great effort and response. The comments are so profound and caring. Some made the donation and asked that the book be sent directly to someone else as a gift. Some who lost loved ones to suicide and thought this would be a healing gesture.
